TRAQ: Tree Risk Assessment Reports
An ISA TRAQ Certified Tree Risk Assessment is a process developed to evaluate the health and structural condition of individual trees, assess the probability of failure for all tree parts and develop a Tree Risk Rating based on potential targets and the severity of the consequences should a failure occur. Many factors contribute to the evaluation, including soil structure, type and hydrology, grade changes, history of the tree, nearby trees and the site itself, weather events, pests and diseases, construction (past or proposed), etc.
Tree Preservation Planning
Tree Preservation Planning is another specialized service provided by ASCA Registered Consulting and ISA Certified Arborists. Any time construction work, whether it be new construction or construction repairs has the potential to impact trees, Arborists provide guidelines to be sure tree health is maintained through the course of the project.

Tree Appraisals
Tree Appraisals are conducted by an ISA Certified Arborist for the purpose of assigning a monetary value to a given tree for current or future reference. Tree Appraisals can be a condition of approval for new development planning and/or the tree permitting process.
Tree Management Planning
Now I have a Tree Inventory, what do I do with it? This is really the next step once a tree inventory is in place. Determining what tree work should be done from year to year can be a daunting task, especially while comparing tree proposals. A solid scope of work with set expectations goes a long way to make tree maintenance a smooth process. Interactive tree mapping Another useful component for the tree inventory and management plan, is the interactive tree location map. This map has specific details and progress photo capability to track tree health over an extended period of time.
